Easy excitement mobilizes and tunes for a good mental work.

The simplest recipe – it’s the most effective one: you just need to do business. If you have an hour left before the exam - use it as much as possible. You will walk around without cause - you will begin to worry. Rewrite in this hour the basic necessary wording - you will worry less. No matter how much you learn during this time - but you at least learnt, you used the available time in the best possible way, your conscience will be calm.

By the way, do not forget to sleep: it’s more important to be in good physical shape with a clear head than to read again what you already seem to have read ...

If you are worried about the situation due to the fact that you are frightened by the unknown: how is it there? what is there?, then play in this exam or an interview with one of your friends or relatives, having been in the role of a student and teacher. It helps. Please, appreciate it and do not arrange performances, as if you are being deprived of life. Learn to distinguish between vital things - and things that are transitory. A wise person, unlike a human child, is familiar with real losses, and they, as a standard, can determine the real magnitude of what happened.

It happens - rarely! - when the passing of exams is not just an ordinary event, it is connected with building up an entire destiny, and even your life or someone else’s life. If you suddenly start to panic (everything happens!), you need at least three keys to help yourself: say to yourself "Stop!", calm your breathing and drink a glass of water. A glass of water is useful for the vessels of the brain and distracts, the main work will do the concentration on your breathing: a deep breath - a slow exhalation, a deep breath - a slow exhalation ... As much as you need. Helps always when you begin to worry: breathing with a slow exhalation calms. Another important circumstance: sometimes it’s hard to calm down because you start yourself, at least, you yourself prolong the problem situation. And to leave the room under any pretext (or even just get out) is much easier and more effective. We are affected by the condition of people around us - calm people calm us, excited - excite. If you want to calm down, you can simply change the source to more suitable for you. Another great way is to start to yourself and calm down the one who worries next to you. Obviously, your words will not be as convincing for him as possible, but they affect you definitely. Calm yourself.

If the whole body is agitated, two things will help: either an energetic physical load, or, on the contrary, lie down and relax (if you know how to relax). Sitting and worrying is stupid. Or go for a walk on the street, or lie down and relax.

In general, remember: the faster you go to bed, the better. The morning is wiser than the evening, you will get up fresh in the morning and take up new business, leaving everything behind you. When everything difficult and bad is gone, only the good remains.
