How to become happy? - There are recipes, but they will be very different for different people.

The achievement of happiness can be likened to the improvement of the house: if the house with a rotten foundation, then to bring beauty to the house and hang the pink curtains and turn on the music is silly enough, because the house staggers, and a bad smell comes from the cellar. Returning to the achievement of happiness: if a person has serious mental problems, it is too early and wrong for him to seek happiness, this task is not timely for him, he must first create for the happiness of the premise: to put order in life, in the body and in the soul.

It is easiest to start with order in the body. The happy body (straight back, developed shoulders), muscular relaxation (perfectly combined with good posture and vigor), happy face (happy eyes), easy gait and free breathing contribute greatly to happiness. All this can be done arbitrarily and made familiar. By the way, pay attention: to be strong and long happy, you need a lot of health, otherwise there will not be enough breath. We remember that health is the bodily basis of happiness: in most people, happiness ends when the teeth become very bad.

There are many things to do: it is important to develop business and life success, improve the ability to build relationships, improve your own well-being and your loved ones ... And only when a person has order in life, in the body and in the soul, when the house of his soul stands on a good foundation, everything is good and solid, then it is necessary to do happiness, build happiness.

The house can be durable, and in principle convenient, but if there is little light and beauty, there are no flowers, movement and music - it does not yet have a soul, there is no joy. There is a very good formulation: "Happiness is not the goal of life, but the mode of existence." If you have learned to see joy in everything, if you have a sense in life, if you know how to live cheerfully, know how to see the pros in what you do, in what others do, know how to be grateful and have learned to bring joy to yourself and others - you live happily ever after. And anyone who looks at you will say that this is true.

For happiness you can not run, it’s foolish to wait for it, and to create the prerequisites for happiness and include it every day is quite real and just right. No one argues, it’s better to be rich and healthy than to the poor and sick, but a lot of money and pompous health is not a guarantee of happiness.

According to D. Kahneman, Americans with an income of less than $ 60,000 a year are unhappy, and the poorer they are, the more unhappy they are. But everything above this figure gives absolutely straight line. Further, the amount of income by the amount of happiness does not affect in any way.

To live happily, you need to develop the ability to be happy. To be happy - the ability is the same as the ability to swim, and learning to be happy - can and should be. In short, we need a habit of living in a high emotional tone, to see good around, not bad things, to do what we love, to be grateful to people and life - and share our happiness with others.

Please, add to this the protection of your happiness - develop emotional stability and spiritual invulnerability, so that you do not fall into depression in case of serious life strikes.

And when you learned to be happy and do it confidently, this skill should be turned into a habit mode, make your favorite habit: "I live this way every day!" When a person is accustomed to living happily in the style of life, he will do it already without effort, without tension: he moves easily, it is easy for him to smile, he naturally tells compliments to others and shares his joy. And if a person lives happily as a matter of fact, he lives a meaningful and beautiful life, then in any sensations he will say to himself honestly: "Yes, my life is really happy, I have done a lot of worthy things in this life."

Will you always experience your happiness? - This you decide yourself. Happiness, like any business, also takes a part of our attention, and this is not always in our plans. Not everyone lives with happiness, even when they are objectively happy: someone is distracted or forgets to do it, someone just does not care or not before.

Conscious people know that they are happy - always, and include happiness when it is necessary for them or others.
