Distance, as a way of developing yourself, should work for your goals in life. And what are your goals? What in your character, in your personality helps in their achievement? What’s stopping you? Total, try to understand and describe what you need to change in yourself - and why, for what purpose and goals.
There is an interesting criterion: if you write this so that you will be understood by the relatives and they will say: "Yes, yes, you really need to work on this! This is to learn! This is to change in yourself!" - then you are on the right track. It is not always necessary to listen to close ones, but to listen to their opinion is useful.
And the second criterion (hint) - what do your colleagues, employees and your leader expect from you (if there is one)? What personal qualities and business habits would they like to see in you?

If you created your own personal project in this way, you defined what you really need (and want to) work on, now carefully read the entire list of Distances exercises - and select those that you think are the closest to these tasks. Proceed from the fact that most likely you will not be able to master the entire distance for the year for this academic year, but then - what do you have to do in time? The smartest can create their own route along the Distance and coordinate it with the leading Distances.
How to do it? First, in any case, you need to perform the required exercises Distance: block Kindergarten and School. But in what order and how carefully - it’s up to you. Accordingly, first write down the Kindergarten unit exercises in the order that you like, then take three steps:
• Check that in this order there is a reasonable distribution of the mind-soul-body load. Ideally, when you do three exercises, one of which loads the mind, the second - the soul, the third - the body.
• Mark those exercises (in gray?), Which are of little relevance to you. If the exercise «I’m going down on time" you have been doing regularly the last few years, there is no work for you. These exercises can be closed formally: to clear your conscience, make sure that you have everything in order here, and do not waste more time on them.
• On the other hand, mark the exercises (in red?), Which for you are especially important and interesting. Take more time for these exercises.
