After mastering the Distances exercises, I had up to 4 hours of extra time, which I can use more efficiently for useful and necessary things, which make it easier, faster and more efficient to achieve the tasks.

3. Each leader wants the team to have a benevolent atmosphere, so that conflict situations either do not arise at all, or quickly and easily extinguished to the satisfaction of all parties. For 4 months, people can learn to control themselves and their emotions, learn how to communicate in such a way that increased tone, accusations, insults and other offensive words will disappear from the speech altogether, and peace and tranquility will reign, and thus loyalty to the organization will increase. Good relations in the team are one of the important components of choosing a place of work. I gladly got rid of conflict agents, and now other people around me joyfully work.

5. Each leader wants employees to learn to take responsibility, to answer for their words and deeds. It is the Distance that will teach them to be responsible people, they will stop blaming someone and will work so that blunders come to naught and everyone worked clearly in their workplace, making their qualitative contribution to the common cause. I stopped being a victim of circumstances, took responsibility for myself and now I know for sure that it’s up to me what can be done in each specific situation.

6. Each manager wants employees to take the initiative and prompt the most optimal solutions, look at their tasks more broadly, from different sides and make their own decisions at their workplace. For 4 months you can teach employees to think, hear and find the best ways to solve work tasks. Yes, the speed and correctness of the decisions made in my case increased by times. I began to see something that I did not notice before or did not attach importance to this. And the quality of work immediately improved.

7. Each leader wants that in case of a critical situation the employees work, and do not make hysterics or drop their hands. On the Distance in the first month, everyone learns to always live with the head turned on, whatever happens. The stress resistance of employees already in the process of passing through the Distans will increase at times. Now I can not be unsettled. Maximum - for 1 minute, earlier I could suffer and experience with hours and days. Now I am completely focused on the optimal solution of the problem.

8. Each leader knows that the employee works with greater efficiency, if at home everything is fine with him. Of course, this is not the task of the organization to solve family problems. This is not necessary, because everyone gets such tools to build a warm, respectful and calm relationship in the family at Distant, that at work he will think about work, and not about his problems with his wife / husband, children or parents. Now my house is full of harmony and joy. And I easily work during working hours.

9. Each leader knows that if an employee does not know how to manage his time, plan his work and correctly assess its effectiveness (achievement of the result), then there will not be much sense from such an employee. At the Distinction, the skill of planning, setting criteria for the performance of tasks and plans for achieving them is developing perfectly. And it means that the efficiency of each employee who will pass the Distance, will grow at least 1.5-2 times. This is what happened to me, and this is only the beginning - there is much to grow further.

10. Each leader wants employees to have self-discipline, they do not have to be constantly monitored or pushed to work. At Distantness, discipline and will are developed, confidence in one’s own self-confidence increases, and a thirst for self-education arises. An employee who wants, is ready and already works on himself is a valuable employee. This means that it will grow itself and the whole company will grow behind it. If you can achieve such success in 4 months, then within 9 months all participants of the Distant will become so effective that it will only be possible to embody the boldest and most ambitious projects with them. And all of this will be good - and employees, and the leader, and the company, and people for whom the company works.

By investing in the training of employees at the Distant, you can at times increase the productivity of the entire company and its profitability.
